FYBER7 Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide thoughtful and impactful products and services. If you're not completely satisfied, our return policy below outlines the process and eligibility for refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery, with the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and condition

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Services are not refundable once rendered or accessed

2. Final Sale Items

Products marked as “Final Sale” — including:

  • Clearance merchandise

  • Returned or open-box goods

  • Discontinued inventory

are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days

Note: Stripe may take additional time to post the refund depending on your bank.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at support@fyber7.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. School or Bulk Orders

Orders placed on behalf of schools or institutions follow the same return window unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Please contact admin@fyber7.com for any exceptions or support related to student-linked orders.
