FYBER7 Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions
FYBER7 currently ships within the United States. For bulk, institutional, or international orders (e.g., schools or group purchases), please contact admin@fyber7.com for assistance.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted (e.g., pre-orders, backorders, or restocks). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is shipped.
Please note: Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We may occasionally offer free or flat-rate shipping on special promotions.
4. Pre-Orders & Delays
Some items may be made-to-order or offered as pre-orders to reduce waste. These will include an estimated ship window on the product page. Any delays will be communicated directly to the purchaser.
5. Delivery Issues
If a package is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days at support@fyber7.com. We’ll investigate and either reship or refund as appropriate.
6. School-Based Deliveries
For orders tied to student programs, classrooms, or school distribution, we recommend using an authorized school or guardian address. We do not collect or deliver directly to student homes without parental consent.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, shipping fees are non-refundable. We can re-ship after updating the address and collecting any additional postage costs.
8. Digital & Service-Based Products
Digital products and services (e.g., courses, downloads, school support tools) are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Fulfillment details will be included on the product or order page.
